Sugar-Free Cookies
Low-Fat Sugar-Free Raisin Bars

Ingredients:
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

1 c. flour
1 egg lightly beaten
3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 T. sweetener
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:Preheat oven at 350 degrees; combine first 5 ingredients in a pot, cook on med-high until margarine is melted, then cook another 3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients mix together really well. Put into an 8 inch baking pan, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
